Illustrated by AKIRA EGAWA, this card looks more like a classic painting than a typical Pokmon card
While they make the building process easier and the resulting deck look more powerful when it actually comes to using the card it feels less impressive
It seems the same is true of the artists too, because neither artist we spoke to currently plays the card game
I like the dinosaur more, as it is a threat on its own, so you can bring it in against decks like Niv-to-Light (for Omnath, Locus of Creation) and Black-Red Midrange (for Graveyard Trespasser and Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet)
Then the three-drop enchantment in Black will in your upkeep toss two counters here and then mill that many counters in cards, great over time
The one that caught my eye is Amethysts bounce subtheme, and not just because Sword in the Stone is in my top 5 Disney movies
