This card belongs to the small cloister of golden cards, of which Obsidian Flames only has 3 available (1 Pokmon, 1 Stadium and 1 Energy) making it particularly rare

There's no doubt that Deadly Rollick is a fair bit more powerful, but Snuff Out does have the upside of not requiring your commander to be on the battlefield in order to cast it for its alternate cost

What I missed here though was that domain is not particularly hard to acquire in this format, especially for Green Blue decks that mix ramping, drawing, and maybe a little Pixie Illusionist in there

As a Commander, Loot will play best with cards that can abuse their abilities
