When evaluating token cards to include, there are two key attributes to keep in mind: The card must be mana-efficient (a 1-mana per token ratio is ideal) The token generation should be immediate, or at the very least not require additional mana investment Hordeling Outburst is a simple illustration of a good token producer: you spend 3-mana and you get 3 goblin tokens

However that shakes out as immaterial when you have such a monumental card
