Café Del Bestowed / Nickel Brook Brewery_Alesong and marshmallowCaf Del Bestowed is an Imperial Stout aged an average of 14 months in Buffalo Trace and Weller barrels that was conditioned on natural Ethiopian coffee made in collaboration with our friends @nickelbrookbrewing. It's our ode to their Caf Del Bastardo which was an inspirational beer we enjoyed years before opening Third Moon. The coffee was roasted by our friends @MorningRoastInc. Expect bourbon soaked coffee with layers of chocolate and vanilla
