Bronze Putti Playing Piggyback After Leonhard Kern (1588-1662) Regency There is some very lightA delightful bronze depicting putti playing piggyback after Leonhard Kern (German, 1588 1662). A cast of the same model dating c. 1640 is in the Walters Art Musuem, Maryland. The crisply cast bronze is of wonderful form form and verve, mounted atop a black marble base. There are some very small nibbles to the bottom of the base but generally the whole is in a very good condition throughout. Dimensions Height: 17. 25cm Width: 6. 5cm Depth: 6. 5cm
