Whilst you do need to meet the requirement of having three legendary creatures on your side of the battlefield, this requirement is actually a bit easier to meet than it sounds because Kolvori herself counts towards that, meaning you only need two additional legendary creatures by her side
ex cards were introduced during the Pokemon Ruby & Sapphire generation and followed the Pokmon TCG 's stage-based system of evolution chains - something later types like EX did not - while making it clear which cards had additional effects
Also, the artwork on these cards is a mix of the old-school ones I opened as an 8-year-old, and the rather nice newer EX cards
It's not going to be a four of in any deck in Modern, but for low curve decks like Prowess or Death's Shadow it's an excellent tool to have access to
