Burning Sky Rustique Belgian Pale Ale 8.5% (750ml) Gift pack Pair with: AperitifsRustique started life as a clean strong Belgian style pale ale. After a primary fermentation it was transferred it to Foudre No. 4, that had previously held different mixed fermentation beers. The residual wild yeasts worked their magic over 15 months to produce a unique wild pale ale.
