This small batch bottling showcases a 5 year old spirit from the Isle of Raasay distillery, born in 2018. They have artfully married a refill hogshead with a first fill bourbon barrel, both from 2018, achieving a perfect balance of richness and sweetness while allowing the unique distillate character to shine through.
