Elemental Bond only cares about creatures that ETB after the card is cast, while Garruks Uprising can draw a card based on creatures you already have when it ETBs
I guess that the extra damage from Ukkima, Stalking Shadows death could be enough to finish off an opponent, but if that doesnt end the game right there, Id rather keep my buffed up Ukkima on the field

There's no way to know how much these will cost once Wilds of Eldraine launches, but right now pre-release prices start at around $50 for the confetti-foil anime version of Nature's Will and go as high as around $200 for Rhystic Study
The downside is, unless you actively want to be dumping your hand into the graveyard, you need creatures with high power in order to make Greater Good worth it
