Filling out the set are 33 new cards in Fabled, bringing the total card count for the set to the normal 204 cards

It has no direct benefit in battle, and using it will cost you your sole support skill slot so you can't use the other much more interesting and battle-useful support skills, but using this skill will allow you to get your job levels up, access the more advanced jobs, and learn high cost skills so much faster

Note that I write these up a week before, and I am on vacation for Spring Break at Quito the capital of Ecuador in the Andes Mountains when you are reading this
