Whether it be the most valuable HeartGold & SoulSilver promo cards or crossover collaborations with companies like Burger King, there are more unique promo sets than you might imagine
Having played with the card in several different decks, I think the right shell is definitely there
Convention promos, early expo promos, and store event promos can carry premium prices because supply is capped and the story behind them is strong
So, in most decks this card advantage and the loss of your third turn when your opponent is generally going to be playing something strong (such as Goblin Rabblemaster, Brimaz, King of Oreskos, Anafenza, the Foremost, or ramping into Siege Rhino) is going to be too much of an investment for such a small benefit
The variety you find inside this expansion is second to none and releasing right before Christmas has really got fans clammoring to get their hands on a booster box or two
I would avoid this if possible but if I was light on ramp it is a good way to make up for that
