What are the weaknesses and retreat cost of this Kangaskhan card
I am working on a project on card rarities and trying to figure out which cards were printed on which sheet, and this piece of evidence which points to one sheet being used for the secret rares and some full arts, and the other full arts being printed on another sheet is surprising
