I could also see it as a niche option for Rakdos, Lord of Riots decks, and it's actively great for Ghyrson Starn, Kelermorph and Ob Nixilis, Captive Kingpin

But every Pokmon is somebody's favorite

It gives you a frosty Future Sight effect and grows as you play snow cards, but it's fairly rigid in terms of decks that can play it
