Abzan Charm is a more powerful card however the draw portion of it is less powerful than Esper Charm as well as it being in less commonly played colour pairings, all be it not by much these days
Im not inspired by either of these legends, and they dont really open up new archetypes that didnt exist before
I hate that this card exists, but Im certainly going to play it if Im playing a blue deck with a cheap commander.
