Elves can struggle in formats with interaction that stops them early, usually a cheap sweeper
These include Drake Hatcher (vigilance, prowess, creature tokens), Archmage of Runes (makes spells cheaper, draw), Mischievous Mystic (creature tokens), Clinquant Skymage (+1/+1 counters), and Micromancer (fetches a spell)
