Hymn to Tourach A nasty little spell that gives a cheap two for one as well as some really uncomfortable discard potential
Really good for those decks wishing to have control over what they don't draw and what is on the top of their library but still plenty good enough to be played as card quality and occasional draw in decks without those needs
For example, if Tidehollow Sculler's enters-the-battlefield ability is copied and two cards are exiled, they both return when Tidehollow Sculler leaves the battlefield
Given the relative power of current lifegain mechanics, it seems like we should be able to flip this card into Chalice of Death without too much effort, at which point it becomes a fairly hard-to-remove win condition for the right kind of control decks
The bones of that game are in those notebooks from the mid-90s
Unless you have some big-brain plan going on, though, it would be a waste since the targeted permanent wont actually be destroyed
