This theme is comprised of monsters with 2500 ATK and 2500 DEF that can swarm the field, control the pace of the game, and even return to your hand to do it all again next turn
Drawing cards equal to the number of monsters your opponent controls then placing on the bottom or top of the deck in any order the same number of cards is a brilliant way to search for new monsters or effects, especially since you can get even high-level monsters with ease in a single turn through tribute summons with the correct resources
It could be considered powerful on paper, being a monster which also Special Summon something and , but really, you gave it the right amount of things it needed with having it only be from your opponent, and it being Summoned mandatorily during the End Phase, so you might end up losing that monster right away, before you can do much which it
