Well, it really shines

I cracked a lot of packs chasing this card in vain, and I never expect to see one on the battlefield

The Mightstone and Weakstone is a cool card, but ultimately its a five-mana spell that gives you your choice of two effects that are individually worth about two-and-a-half mana, along with a mana rock thats too specific to be powerful in most environments

Once again, I know that this all comes with bias towards formats that have access to older cards to help reinforce this principle
