Now that I've gotten the keywords out of the way, I can tell you a little bit about how I went designing these. When I first got my manual lathe almost ten years ago, I made a design very similar to this, and bent wood around it featuring the timber, while showcasing the titanium. This has evolved over the years into what it is now. A
