This iconic ros has a lovely texture and savory herb notes as well as with dried reds fruits and a hint of the nearby sea. A blend of 90% Tibouren and 10% Grenache, fermented with native yeasts and aged sur lie in 100 year old foudre for at least 12 months before bottling.
