Infernos power has to become exactly 20 for the trigger to happen, so if an opponent foolishly stacks a bunch of firebreathing triggers and you have a pump spell in hand, you can wait until Inferno hits around 18-19 power, pump it to 20 or above, and make it miss the damage altogether
