Little Pomona Orange Cider 2019 7.7% (750ml) LP Bringing things back-to-basics – yummyMade with a blend of Dabinett (67%), & Harry Masters Jersey (31%) cider apples, & a small amount of perry (2%), this cider was spontaneously fermented & then racked into French oak barrels where it spent six months. The result is intensely fruity, tangy & juicy, bursting with peach, apricot, zesty orange, with some silky soft tannins & tangerine, vanilla & exotic flowers on the nose. It also has a hint of something savoury in the background.
