The warrant is printed as a self contained envelope that opens up to reveal the statement. The portion to be retained by the proprietor is what remains there is a perforated area from which the warrant payment would have been detached. The envelope measures 4 1 2 by 3 1 8 folded up and 7 by 8 opened up. The envelope has a number of postmarks as well as
