I can definitely see what this card is trying to do, particularly for the green/white deck, but I dont think its even close to being good enough

Given how common ramp spells like this are in EDH, there is a minimal downside to slotting this into most decks with access to green

I'm sure there are more but now you can at least talk to all the npcs without crashing, which hey that's a step forward
